4 cloves of garlic, chopped (You can use minced garlic that you find in the spice aisle)
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese (you can use the pre-grated, or grate some yourself...tastes good
either way!)
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Mix the garlic and the oil. Heat in microwave for 2 minutes. Garlic will darken.
3. Combine cheese and bread crumbs. Place in Shallow dish.
4. Dip chicken in garlic mixture and then coat with bread crumb mixture
5. Place in 9x13 pan and place in oven for 35 mins
